Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your use of vox.style, operated by FUTUREFORGE LABS SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact us at hello@vox.style for service, billing or legal questions.
By creating a project or using the creation service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company or another organisation, you must have authority to bind it. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; it is a notice, not a request for blanket consent.
02
What vox.style provides
vox.style helps create narrated videos using scripts, editorial collage, animation and other visual material. Projects can include product stories, ads, brand films, explainers, personal stories and documentaries.
The current starter lets you save a brief, add and analyze a public product URL, review the resulting summary, and upload and listen to recorded narration. Script editing, narrator selection, scene review and full production have supporting workflows, but their complete customer-facing screens are still being connected. A saved brief is not a completed video order.
Examples on the landing page are illustrative concept films. They demonstrate a visual direction, not a promise of identical results, a customer endorsement or a guarantee that every illustrated control is available in the starter.
03
Your account and project access
Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email account secure. Where email sign-in is enabled, use the sign-in link in the browser that requested it. Do not share sign-in links or allow others to use your account without authorisation.
You are responsible for activity you authorise and for keeping your own copies of important source material and downloaded outputs. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not attempt to access another customer’s projects, files or credentials.
04
Your URLs, materials and recordings
You retain the rights you already hold in your prompts, scripts, images, videos, logos, recordings and other inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process and transmit those inputs to the service providers needed to operate the features you request. This permission is limited to delivering, securing and supporting the service, and complying with law.
Only submit material you own or have sufficient permission to use. This includes copyrights, music licences, trademarks, likenesses, voice recordings and personal information. A publicly accessible website is not automatically free to reproduce. Do not submit login credentials, private access links or material obtained by bypassing access restrictions.
Product URL analysis describes evidence available on the scanned public page. It may miss context or misunderstand a claim. Review the summary and correct it before using it in your story.
Recorded voice-over uploads accept MP3, WAV or M4A, up to 25 MB, subject to any lower server limit and your project’s maximum duration. Uploading a recording does not clone a voice. Selecting it as narration requires an approved script; the recording should match that script, including where captions are produced from the script.
05
AI output, review and commercial use
AI-generated scripts, images, audio and video may contain errors, distortions, unexpected similarities or material that is unsuitable for publication. You must review the finished work, including factual statements, advertising claims, pronunciation, captions and visual details. Approving a preview does not remove the need to review the final video.
You may use outputs for your own lawful personal or commercial purposes, including ads, subject to the rights in your inputs, applicable third-party rights and any specific restrictions disclosed for the production method. To the extent we hold transferable rights in an output created for you, we assign those rights to you. We do not promise that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection, is exclusive, or cannot resemble another person’s output.
You are responsible for required disclosures about synthetic or AI-generated content and for the rules of the platforms where you publish. We do not guarantee ad approval, sales, engagement, conversion rates or any other marketing result.
The vox.style website, branding, software and our own example assets remain ours or our licensors’. Use of the service does not transfer those materials to you.
06
Acceptable use
Do not use vox.style to infringe rights, commit fraud, harass people, distribute malware, create unlawful sexual or exploitative content, or facilitate illegal activity. Do not create deceptive impersonations, fabricated endorsements or misleading representations that a person said or did something they did not. Obtain the necessary permission before using another person’s voice or likeness.
Do not bypass account, payment, rate-limit or safety controls, disrupt the service, or scan websites without lawful access. We may refuse or restrict a request that violates these terms or applicable law. You can report suspected misuse or a rights concern through our Contact page.
07
Pricing, production approval and subscriptions
The displayed offer is a planned $59 USD monthly plan with up to 600 seconds of video per month. Subscriptions and additional-second purchases are not open in the current starter. Saving a brief or uploading narration does not start a subscription or generate a paid video.
Where a paid production action is available, review the scope and estimate presented for that action before confirming it. A retry, revision or new generation may require a separate estimate and confirmation. We do not promise unlimited generation or unlimited revisions.
Before accepting subscription payments, we will present the applicable total price and tax treatment, renewal and cancellation arrangements, how seconds are counted, and any expiry, rollover or top-up conditions. Those rules are not established by the “up to 600 seconds” headline. You will not be enrolled in an undisclosed recurring payment through these terms.
08
Consumer rights and service issues
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. If you purchase as a consumer, statutory remedies for a service or digital content that does not conform to the contract continue to apply.
Where an online purchase carries a statutory withdrawal right, it is generally available for 14 days from conclusion of the relevant service contract. Exceptions for immediate digital content or fully performed services apply only when their legal conditions are met, including any required express request, consent and acknowledgement. Merely using the website or accepting these terms does not waive a withdrawal right.
If a purchase is incorrect, a charge is disputed or the service fails to match the agreed scope, contact hello@vox.style with the relevant project or order reference. Any payment-specific terms will be provided before purchase. There is no blanket “all sales final” rule in these terms.
09
Availability, suspension and ending use
Features and providers can change, and maintenance, capacity limits or provider failures may interrupt availability. We do not promise continuous or error-free access. Changes to an agreed paid service remain subject to the contract and applicable consumer law.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful activity, serious misuse or a material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Suspension does not remove rights relating to payments or personal data.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure or deletion at hello@vox.style. Archiving a project only changes its visibility; it does not erase its data. See the retention section for how deletion requests and necessary recordkeeping are handled.
10
Responsibility and disputes
Each party is responsible for its own breach of these terms and obligations under applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by unlawful inputs you supply, unauthorised changes you make to an output, or third-party services outside our control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts where the law makes us responsible.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or other mandatory consumer protections. No provision is intended to take away a remedy you are legally entitled to exercise.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available; these terms do not require a consumer to bring every dispute exclusively in Romania. Please contact us first if you would like us to try to resolve an issue directly.
11
Changes and contact
We will update the date on this page when the terms change. Material changes affecting an ongoing contractual relationship will be communicated as required by law, with notice and any necessary acceptance before they take effect. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed purchase without a lawful basis.
